TOP 5 FAQS

  • Is Hi-Fi Sessions a beer or a sparkling water?

Hi-Fi Sessions is a hoppy sparkling water infused with cannabis. It’s a non-alcoholic, zero-calorie, zero-carb, zero-gluten zinger that’s dry-hopped like a beer with some of our favorite varietals from the Yakima Valley, WA. Then, it’s infused with some of the finest sun-grown cannabis from our friends at AbsoluteXtracts for a special punch of THC. There isn’t really anything else like it under the sun!

  • Where can I find Hi-Fi Sessions?

The 10mg Hi-Fi Sessions is currently available in legal dispensaries throughout California and Colorado, with more coming soon. Our 5:5 is currently only available in California. Check out our handy Hi-Fi Sessions finder here. We expect availability to grow as legal cannabis distribution expands into other states.

  • What will Hi-Fi Sessions do to me?

Tolerance varies by person, so the effects of Hi-Fi Sessions will differ. Because it’s a liquid, the effects usually settle in much faster than traditional edibles (5-15 minutes) and last for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Please consume responsibly!

  • How does Hi-Fi Sessions compare to traditional edibles?

Because it’s a liquid, the effects usually settle in much faster than traditional edibles (5-15 minutes) and last for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. As always, results may vary, and consume responsibly. Each dosage of THC in Hi-Fi Sessions is perfectly distributed by amount resulting in a more steady adventure.

  • Are there plans to bring Hi-Fi Sessions beyond CA and now?

As cannabis is legalized in more places, we’re hoping to introduce Hi-Fi Sessions to more spaces! Check back here for updates as they become available, or follow @LagunitasHifis on Instagram for the latest and greatest.

THE B-SIDES

  • How is Hi-Fi Sessions made?

It starts with the production of our hoppy sparkling water at the Lagunitas Brewery in Petaluma, Calif. We dry-hop* the sparkling water, just like our IPA, with some of our favorite hop varietals from the Yakima Valley, WA. Then the liquid is sent to our friends at AbsoluteXtracts. From there, they use a specialized process to extract THC from their clean, sun-grown, local cannabis, then evenly distribute into the sparkling water so that each sip of Hi-Fi Sessions is consistent. *Hi-Fi Fact: Dry-hopping is a part of brewing where you inject hops late in the fermentation process for enhanced hop flavor and aroma

  • Is Hi-Fi Sessions gluten-free?

Hi-Fi Sessions is brewed without malt, meaning there’s no naturally occurring gluten.* And there’s no calories, no carbs, no sugar, and non-alcoholic!

*We can’t guarantee there is no cross contamination (it comes from brewery after all!).

  • Do the different Hi-Fi Sessions doses taste differently?

While Hoppy Chill and Hoppy Balance will result in different experiences, the flavor is the same bright, refreshingly citrusy hoppiness. The THC distillate extracted by AbsoluteXtracts imparts no flavor into the hoppy sparkling water. Cloudberry’s unique, natural flavor is refreshingly light and bubbly. Tart and juicy, not sweet. With wisps of raspberry, currants, and blackberry notes.

  • If I’ve never used marijuana, can I safely enjoy Hi-Fi Sessions?

Hi-Fi Sessions is designed to be enjoyed by all legal cannabis users, which is why we offer this hoppy sparkling beverage in two different varieties for two different occasions – the more robust 10mg THC treat, and the lighter, more introductory 5mg THC / 5mg CBD delight. Because it’s a liquid, you can pace yourself like drinking a beer or a cocktail. Each dosage of THC in Hi-Fi Sessions is perfectly distributed, resulting in a more steady adventure. Also, the effects of Hi-Fi Sessions are experienced much faster (within 5-15 minutes*) than in traditional edibles.

    *Effects vary by person

  • Can you mix alcohol and cannabis items like Hi-Fi Sessions?

Mixing alcohol and cannabis is not recommended. Please consume responsibly!
